Registered Ayrshires Since 1940
Hardy Farm is a family owned and run 400 acre, organic dairy farm. The farm is well-diversified with around eightyfive registered Ayrshires and twenty Holsteins, including cows and young stock. We milk about fifty-five cows in a free stall barn, twice per day. We put up all of our own forages with extra to sell including first, second and third crop dry hay in square and round bales and baleage. The farm is diversified with showing cows, wood cutting, and logging, putting up maple syrup, homemade milk soap, and raising some broilers, and turkeys for meat purposes.
We do rotational grazing, and feed only grain, balege, and dry hay. We Strive for healthy cows that define the Ayrshire cow as a hardy cow that converts grass with ease and spells longevity.
